Integrating Freshdesk with ClearFeed

To get started with using ClearFeed to create or file tickets in Freshdesk, you should first connect your Freshdesk instance with ClearFeed. Note:

  • The ClearFeed user who connects to Freshdesk should have an account on Freshdesk and must be using the same email address in both accounts.

  • The integration can only be authorized by the Freshdesk Admin.

Steps to connect Zendesk with ClearFeed

  • You can integrate Freshdesk with ClearFeed by going to settings in the bottom left corner and hovering over the user icon.

  • In settings go to the integrations tab and click on the Connect button for Freshdesk integration.

  • You will be asked to enter the Freshdesk sub-domain, as well as the API Key of your Freshdesk Account which once done, you should click on the connect button.

  • This will re-direct you to the Freshdesk sign-in page. Fill in the credentials and sign in. This step isn't required if you are already signed in to your Freshdesk account.

  • Once you sign in, you will be redirected to ClearFeed, and your integration will be completed.

Note - To disconnect the Freshdesk integration from Clearfeed, navigate to the integration settings and select the "Disconnect" option for Freshdesk
