The first step in getting started with ClearFeed, is to integrate ClearFeed with your Slack workspace. You can read how to do the same at
Subsequently - depending on your use case, you can follow one of the relevant guides below to get started with ClearFeed.
- Work with your customers on Slack Connect (or Community) Channels and Email using ClearFeed's standalone Helpdesk (using ClearFeed as a Ticketing System).
- Work with your customers on Slack Connect (or Community) channels - while using an external Ticketing System like Zendesk, FreshDesk, Intercom, SalesForce or Hubspot.
- Work with your employees on internal Slack Channels using ClearFeed's Ticketing System.
- Work with your employees on internal Slack Channels using your existing Ticketing or Task Management Systems (like Zendesk, Jira/JSM, ClickUp, Linear, Github and others) and ClearFeed's bi-directional Slack integration.
Note: You can also integrate other enterprise tools even if you decide to use ClearFeed as an External or Internal Helpdesk.
