Getting started with ClearFeed and Slack

The first step in getting started with ClearFeed, is to integrate ClearFeed with your Slack workspace. You can read how to do the same at Integrate with Slack

Subsequently - depending on your use case, you can follow one of the relevant guides below to get started with ClearFeed.

  1. ClearFeed as a standalone External Helpdesk - Work with your customers on Slack Connect (or Community) Channels and Email using ClearFeed's standalone Helpdesk (using ClearFeed as a Ticketing System).

  2. Integrate Slack Connect and External Ticketing System - Work with your customers on Slack Connect (or Community) channels - while using an external Ticketing System like Zendesk, FreshDesk, Intercom, SalesForce or Hubspot.

  3. ClearFeed as a standalone Internal Helpdesk - Work with your employees on internal Slack Channels using ClearFeed's Ticketing System.

  4. Integrate internal Slack channels with Ticketing/Task management Systems - Work with your employees on internal Slack Channels using your existing Ticketing or Task Management Systems (like Zendesk, Jira/JSM, ClickUp, Linear, Github and others) and ClearFeed's bi-directional Slack integration.

Note: You can also integrate other enterprise tools even if you decide to use ClearFeed as an External or Internal Helpdesk.
