Integrate Atlassian with ClearFeed

Learn how to connect your Atlassian account with ClearFeed

To get started using JSM Ticketing with ClearFeed, you need to connect your Atlassian account with ClearFeed.


  • ClearFeed is available on the Atlassian marketplace and can be installed directly from the app store.

  • Only Site Admins on Atlassian can integrate with ClearFeed. Please make sure you have the required authorization.

  • Once your Atlassian account is integrated with ClearFeed, your Jira projects will be accessible without any additional steps.

Steps to connect Atlassian with ClearFeed

  • On the ClearFeed web app, navigate to the Settings from the nav-bar, and then open the Integrations section.

  • Next, click on the Connect button next to Atlassian. This will take you to Atlassian's sign-in page.

  • Fill your credentials and sign in. Then, you will be redirected to the Atlassian marketplace.

  • Click on Find new apps, and search for ClearFeed using the search bar. In the search results, click on the ClearFeed card to view the app.

  • Next, click on the Get App button on the top-right. Then, click on Get it now button in the modal that opens to add the ClearFeed app to your Atlassian account.

  • Once the app it added, you will see a success toast message at the bottom right of the screen. Click on the Configure button in this toast.

    • If you miss the toast, navigate to Manage app from the nav-bar. Then, find ClearFeed in the User-installed apps section and click on the Configure button here.

  • You will be re-directed to the ClearFeed login page. After you sign-in, you will be redirected back to Atlassian.

  • Finally, click on Finish installation in ClearFeed button. This will re-direct you to ClearFeed with your Atlassian account connected successfully.
