Using ClearFeed Slack App

Use ClearFeed's Slack app to create tickets privately without posting a message on any Slack channel

Requests created on the ClearFeed Slack app are automatically converted into tickets. Hence, the request details shared are visible to the requester. These tickets are private since they are not initiated in any channel.

Creating a DM Collection is mandatory to file tickets using the ClearFeed Slack App. Learn how to do that here.

You can create tickets from the ClearFeed Slack App in the following ways:

1. Direct message to the ClearFeed App.

2. Use the "File a Ticket" button.
