Product Editions

Product editions are designed to customize the ClearFeed platform corresponding to your use case. Additionally, each product edition has a different billing unit.

What are the different types of product editions?

There are 4 different types of product editions

  1. Clearfeed External Helpdesk - Work with your customers on Slack Connect Channels or Slack Community using ClearFeed's Helpdesk

  2. Integrate Slack and External Ticketing System - Work with your customers on Slack Connect Channels or Slack Community from your existing Ticketing System using ClearFeed's bi-directional Slack integration

  3. Clearfeed Internal Ticketing System - Work with your employees on Slack Channels using ClearFeed's Ticketing System

  4. Integrate Slack and Internal Ticketing System - Work with your employees on Slack Channels from your existing Ticketing System using ClearFeed's bi-directional Slack integration

How do I change my product edition?

To check your current product edition, navigate to the 'Product Edition' section located within the Account Settings.

How does this impact billing?

Note that billing is handled separately for each product edition
