Integrate Atlassian with ClearFeed

Learn how to connect your Atlassian account with ClearFeed

To get started using Jira Ticketing with ClearFeed, you need to connect your Atlassian account with ClearFeed.

Note:

  • ClearFeed is available on the Atlassian marketplace and can be installed directly from the app store.

  • Only Site Admins on Atlassian can integrate with ClearFeed. Please make sure you have the required authorization.

  • Once your Atlassian account is integrated with ClearFeed, your Jira projects will be accessible without any additional steps.

Steps to connect Atlassian with ClearFeed

  • On the ClearFeed web app, navigate to the Settings from the nav bar, and then open the Integrations section.

  • Next, click on the Connect button next to Atlassian. This will take you to Atlassian's sign-in page.

  • Fill in your credentials and sign in. Then, you will be redirected to the Atlassian marketplace.

  • Click on Find new apps, and search for ClearFeed using the search bar. In the search results, click on the ClearFeed card to view the app.

  • Next, click on the Get App button on the top-right. Then, click on Get it now button in the modal that opens to add the ClearFeed app to your Atlassian account.

  • Once the app is added, you will see a success toast message at the bottom right of the screen. Click on the Configure button in this toast.

    • If you miss the toast, navigate to Manage app from the nav bar. Then, find ClearFeed in the User-installed apps section and click on the Configure button here.

  • You will be redirected to the ClearFeed login page. After you sign in, you will be redirected back to Atlassian.

  • Finally, click on Finish installation in ClearFeed button. This will redirect you to ClearFeed with your Atlassian account connected successfully.
