Triage Overview

ClearFeed Triage Channels offer a way to consolidate requests from multiple request channels into a single channel, allowing effective management of requests.

With the triage channel, you can collaborate internally and respond to requests across multiple channels from a shared triage channel on Slack. You can then manage the status, priority, and assignment of each request.

Moreover, you can convert requests to tickets or link them with engineering tools. You can then manage converted tickets on your external ticketing tool directly from the triage.
