Creating Zendesk tickets from Slack

Once you've configured Zendesk ticketing for a Collection, you can start creating Zendesk tickets from Slack.

There are 3 methods to file a ticket:

• Using an Emoji

• Using Automatic Ticketing

• Using Triage
