Create Jira Issue using Emoji

JIRA tickets can be filed from Slack by reacting with the emoji (or the configured emoji) on a request. Any responder/requester can file a Jira ticket, given their email ID (added on Slack) has access to Jira and the respective projects. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Once a requester sends a message in the request channel, a requester/responder can react to the message using the emoji.
2. An ephemeral message will appear. Click on Click to file JIRA issue to proceed.

3. This will display a modal. Select your project and issue type. Fill any required details and click on File Issue to convert the request into a Jira issue.

4. You will see a success message, along with the link to the issue on Jira.

The request thread on Slack now displays the title, ID, and backward-synced Status of the Jira issue.
