Viewing announcements

All key announcement details can be viewed on the ClearFeed web app.

• Navigate to Announcements on the ClearFeed web app

• Here, you'll find the following tabs:

  • All: Provides a comprehensive list of all announcements irrespective of their state.

  • Draft: Lists all drafted announcements that are yet to be sent or scheduled.

  • Scheduled: Displays announcements scheduled for future broadcasts.

  • Sent: Lists all successfully broadcasted announcements.

• Each tab features a dashboard displaying the following details for every announcement:

  • Name and current status

  • Creator's name

  • Timestamps: Creation date and most recent update

  • Delivery Details (Only for Sent announcements): Recipient channels & collections, alongside delivery status (successful or failed). To view these details, click View.

Announcement Dashboard
