Personalize GPT-Powered Answers Name & Logo

Personalize how Virtual Agent/Agent Assistant appears on Slack by customizing the bot's profile photo and display name.

Typically, ClearFeed displays the logo from the Whitelabel settings for your account and Name based on the GPT-Powered Answers configuration in Collection Settings when the automated responses are sent through GPT-powered answers.

With this feature, you can customize the Name & Logo when GPT-powered answers shared on Slack. This allows you to replace the default ClearFeed branding with your configured logo and name.

Once this is enabled, the customized logo and name will appear in GPT-powered automated answers shared on Slack request channels.

  1. From the left-nav bar, go to Settings -> Additional Settings.

  2. Under the Personalize GPT-Powered Answers section, you will see an option to Enable.

  3. Once you enable, you will see an option to Edit.

  4. Enter a new Display Name.

  5. Under the Profile Photo section, enter the exact URL of the image.

  6. Click on Save, and the selected image will appear in the display window.

If you have created child accounts , then each of these accounts will have a separate white-labeling configuration which can be enabled by following the steps explained above.
