Learn how to create Requests using API and manage the requests from on Email tickets looks like for requestors and agents
Create API Collection
ClearFeed provides API endpoints to create and manage requests programmatically. Start by creating an API Collection that can manage API-based requests.
Go to Collections -> click on Add New Collection -> Select API Collection.
Add Responders (these will be users responding to these tickets).
Select the Request channel: This will be the channel where your API request will land.
For private Slack channels, follow the guide given here.
(Optional) Associate a triage channel: You can also create or link an existing one to the Email Collection.

Enable Workflows: These help you get alerts if the email tickets are left unattended. Learn more about workflows here.
Once you have a collection of API-generated requests, you can create new requests using the Create Request API.
