CF-Query is ClearFeed’s powerful natural language search feature that allows you to search through tickets and requests effortlessly. Whether you're looking for a specific conversation, issue, or keyword, CF-Query makes finding information quick and simple.
CF-Query leverages advanced natural language processing to help you find relevant tickets or requests with ease. Instead of filtering through lists or manually scrolling, you can type queries in natural language to get accurate and relevant results. Our AI interprets the query and shows the identified filters. You can review and adjust the filters as needed to get the most accurate search results.
Navigate to the Triage Channel where you want to perform search.
Type /cf-query and your search query in plain English (e.g., "/cf-query Show me tickets from last week tagged as urgent").
Press "Enter" or "Send"
Here are some examples of natural language queries that CF-Query supports:
By Timeframe:
Tickets created in the last 7 days.
Priority:
Tickets from last week tagged as urgent.
Status:
Resolved tickets from yesterday.
By Assignee
Tickets assigned to Naveen.
Involved User
Requests involving me.
By Channel:
Show requests from the clearfeed channel.
Combine multiple filters:
"Open high-priority tickets created last week."
"Tickets assigned to me and not resolved in last 14 days."
As you press send or enter, our AI Our AI interprets the query and convert the query into a set of filters. You can review and adjust the filters as needed to get the most accurate search results.
You can click on Search to view the results based on the filter applied.
