Delete Account

You can permanently delete your ClearFeed account and all associated data—including connected Slack workspace.

How to Delete Your Account

From the ClearFeed web app:

  • Go to Settings

  • Navigate to Additional Settings

  • Scroll down to the Delete Account section at the bottom

  • Click Delete Account

  • In the confirmation dialog:

    • You will be shown your account name

    • Type the account name exactly as shown to confirm deletion

  • Click Delete Account

This will immediately delete your account and remove any active Slack connections.

When to Use This

  • You're in trial and have selected the wrong Product Edition and want to start over.

  • You're in trial and you've connected to an Incorrect Slack Workspace. You can delete your account and start over.

  • You’re still in your trial period and have decided not to continue.

FAQs

  1. Can I just pause or deactivate instead of deleting? Answer: No. Account deletion is the only available option at this time.

  2. Will my Slack workspace also be disconnected? Answer: Yes. Any Slack workspace linked to your ClearFeed account will be unlinked as part of the deletion process.

  3. What exactly gets deleted? Answer: Your entire ClearFeed account, all data, connected Slack workspaces, configurations, and history will be permanently deleted.

  4. Can I recover my data later? Answer: No. Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
