ClearBot Assist
ClearBot Assist helps you find answers from your knowledge base, summarize long threads, find previous requests, and send quick replies from the triage channel.
To use ClearBot Assist's AI Agent functionality, make sure you have configured AI Agents. Learn how to do that below:
AI AgentsUse ClearBot Assist
Go to your Triage Channel
You will find the ClearBot Assist button in the ticket message

To Chat with an AI Agent
Open the ClearBot Assist
Choose the AI Agent you want to chat with

Type a question or action and hit submit
The AI Agent will generate a response from its configured knowledge base.
Post the response in the thread
Edit the response and then post it

You can also instruct the AI Agent to take actions on your configured Integrations.

To Summarize Requests
Open the ClearBot Assist
Click on Summarize the thread
You will be presented with a summary of the entire thread. You can further:
Post the summary to the thread
Edit the summary and then post it to the thread

To See Previous Requests
Open the ClearBot Assist
Click on Show Previous Requests
We will show last 5 requests from the customer with links to the relevant Slack thread

To Send Quick Replies
Quick replies are text templates that can be quickly inserted into conversations.
Click on the ClearBot Assist button
Select a reply from the dropdown
You will see the content of the selected Quick Reply
You can click on Post to Thread to directly post the message
You can also copy and paste the content to the Slack message editor, make changes and send the message
