ClearFeed enables this integration by partnering up with Carbon AI. Learn more about them here.

These integrations are disabled if your ClearFeed account is created using a free domain (e.g. gmail.com, outlook.com).

Following is the list of additional knowledge sources supported by ClearFeed:

Set up additional knowledge sources

• From the left navigation bar on the ClearFeed WebApp, go to AI > Knowledge Sources.

• Hover over the "Add Knowledge Source" dropdown at the top right corner to select the relevant source

• Follow the next steps initiated by Carbon to add your files from the source
