JumpCloud
This section covers ClearFeed <> Okta Integration
ClearFeed’s JumpCloud integration enables IT teams to handle identity and device management workflows—such as resetting passwords or suspending users—directly from Slack.
Supported Features
With the JumpCloud integration enabled, your IT team can use AI Agents to auto-respond to directory-related queries or trigger JumpCloud actions using Automations like:
Reset user passwords
Suspend, unsuspend, or delete users
View assigned systems or groups
Add or remove users from system groups
Disable or enable system users

Using the Integration
Once the integration is set up, you can configure AI Agents in ClearFeed to handle JumpCloud-related actions:
Set Up AI Agent with JumpCloud as an Integration - Follow this guide to Create a new Agent.
Make sure to add JumpCloud as an Integration and define which specific actions can the AI Agent take in JumpCloud on its own. Write your own prompt or customize the default one and test before rolling out
Manage Requests in Slack: Once deployed, ClearFeed offers below modes to manage requests:
Agent Assistant in Triage Threads - In triage channels, use ClearBot Assist to tag
@clearfeed
to perform actions in JumpCloudVirtual Assistant - Let the AI Agent deflect common queries posted in your internal Slack channels. When a user asks a question, the Virtual Agent responds instantly, pulling help documentation.
Automate JumpCloud Actions - Use ClearFeed Automations to:
Trigger actions based on form inputs
React to emoji triggers (e.g., 🔒 = suspend user)
