This section covers ClearFeed <> BambooHR Integration
ClearFeed’s Bamboo HR integration enables HR teams to handle Asset Management workflows—such as assigning assets or marking assets as returned —directly from Slack.
Supported Features
With the BambooHR integration enabled, your HR team can use AI Agents to auto-respond to time off related queries like:
Get time off balances for an employee
Get time off requests for an employee
Get time off types
Create time off request
Integrate BambooHR
To connect BambooHR with ClearFeed, follow these steps:
Log in to your BambooHR account.
Click on "My Account" from the lower left-hand corner and click on API Keys.

Click Add New Key Name to create a new API key.
Provide a name for the key (e.g., ClearFeed) to help you identify its usage later, and click Generate Key.
Copy the generated API key.
Note: This key is only shown once. You won’t be able to retrieve it later.
Now, open the ClearFeed web app and go to Settings → Integrations.
Select BambooHR from the list of integrations.

Enter the subdomain of your BambooHR account.
Note: This key is only shown once. You won’t be able to retrieve it later.
Paste the copied API key and click Connect.
Upon successful authentication, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating the succesful connection.
Using the Integration
Once the integration is set up, you can configure AI Agents in ClearFeed to handle Asset Panda-related actions:
Set Up AI Agent with JumpCloud as an Integration - Follow this guide to Create a new Agent.
Make sure to add Asset Panda as an Integration and define which specific actions can the AI Agent take in Asset Panda on its own. Write your own prompt or customize the default one and test before rolling out.
Manage Requests in Slack: Once deployed, ClearFeed offers below modes to manage requests:
Agent Assistant in Triage Threads - In triage channels, use ClearBot Assist to tag
@clearfeed
to perform actions in JumpCloudVirtual Assistant - Let the AI Agent deflect common queries posted in your internal Slack channels. When a user asks a question, the Virtual Agent responds instantly, pulling help documentation.
