I Can't Login

FAQs
What if ClearFeed is uninstalled from Slack? If ClearFeed is uninstalled from your Slack workspace, all ClearFeed integrations stop working (request channels, etc.). Common reasons include downgrading to Slack's free tier. To restore:
Go to the ClearFeed Web App
Click Settings > Integrations
Click Connect/Reconnect next to Slack
Re-authorize ClearFeed in Slack
Re-invite ClearFeed to your channels using
/invite @ClearFeed
See Slack FAQ for more details.
Can I switch to a different Slack Workspace? Currently you cannot reconnect an existing ClearFeed account to a different Slack workspace. Options:
Delete your account and create a new one (easiest)
Create a Child Account connected to your other Slack workspace
What's the difference between a parent and child account? A parent account is your primary ClearFeed account. Child accounts allow you to manage multiple Slack workspaces, teams, or configurations under one billing umbrella. Child accounts can share integrations with the parent.
