ClearFeed enables this integration by partnering up with Carbon AI. Learn more about them here.

These integrations are disabled if your ClearFeed account is created using a free domain (e.g. gmail.com, outlook.com).

Following is the list of additional knowledge sources supported by ClearFeed:

Set up additional knowledge sources

1. Go to the Knowledge Base page on the ClearFeed web app

2. Click on Add Knowledge Source and select the relevant source

3. Follow the next steps initiated by Carbon to add your files from the source
