A few examples
A few examples of Create action forms, and their respective behavior on Slack.
Example 1
Responders and Requesters:
When selecting this Form on Slack, a ticket will be created without requiring any form to be filled.
The values of the first three fields are pre-filled by ClearFeed and populated on Zendesk, resulting in a new ticket.
Example 2
Responders and Requesters:
When selecting this Form on Slack, a ticket will be created without requiring any form to be filled.
The values of the first three fields (pre-filled by ClearFeed) and the default value of the last field are populated on Zendesk, creating a new ticket.
Example 3
For Responders: On selecting this Form on Slack, responders will see a form with 5 fields.
The first 3 fields will be pre-filled by ClearFeed, but the values can be modified by the user.
The 4th field will be filled with the default value, which can be edited by the user.
The 5th field will be empty and must be filled mandatorily to create a ticket.
Upon filling the form, the respective final values are populated on Zendesk, creating a ticket.
For Requesters: When selecting this Form on Slack, requesters will see a form with 4 fields.
The first 3 fields will be pre-filled by ClearFeed, but the values can be modified by the user.
The 4th field (Priority) will not be visible to the requester.
The 5th field will be empty and must be filled mandatorily to create a ticket.
Upon filling the form, the default value for Priority and respective final values for other fields are populated on Zendesk, creating a ticket.
