Bot Interactions enables you to tag the ClearFeed bot in a thread to generate answers and do tasks on your behalf.
The bot uses the existing knowledge sources and the conversation in the thread as context when generating responses. Learn more about how to index your knowledge sources here.

On Request Channel: Simply tag @clearfeed with your question, and the bot will reply in the same thread if it finds an answer.
On Triage Channel: Use internal comments (comments preceded by 🔒icon) to tag the ClearFeed bot (@clearfeed) and ask a question. The reply will be posted by the bot on the triage channel as an internal comment.
What if we change the ClearFeed bot's name in our Slack workspace?
Ans: If you've changed the name of the ClearFeed bot in your Slack workspace, tag the bot with its new name instead of "@ClearFeed." The bot will still respond in the same thread with an answer if one is found.
