# Document360

Connect Document360 and index knowledge base articles by version and category

Connect Document360 to index knowledge base articles in ClearFeed. You can index the main knowledge base version or select a specific version and its categories.

## Connect Document360

Before adding a Document360 knowledge source, connect the integration:

1. In Document360, create an API token with **GET** access. See [Create an API token](https://docs.document360.com/docs/api-tokens#how-to-create-an-api-token) in the Document360 documentation.
2. In the ClearFeed web app, go to **Settings > Integrations**.
3. Find **Document360**, and click **Connect**.
4. Enter the following details:
   * **Document360 portal URL**: Your portal URL, such as `https://your-company.document360.io`.
   * **API key**: The Document360 API token you created.
5. Click **Connect**.

ClearFeed validates the API token before saving the integration.

## Add a Document360 knowledge source

1. In the ClearFeed web app, go to **AI >** [**Knowledge Sources**](https://web.clearfeed.app/knowledge-sources).
2. Click **Add Knowledge Source**, and select **Document360**.
3. Configure the knowledge source:
   * **Name**: Enter a name for the knowledge source.
   * **Tags**: Add tags to organize the source and connect it to AI Agents.
   * **Knowledge base version**: Select a version. Leave this field empty to use the main version.
   * **Categories**: Select categories from the chosen version. Leave this field empty to index all categories. Selecting a parent category also includes its child categories.
   * **Auto Reindex Regularly**: Enable this option to reindex the source every 24 hours.
4. Click **Add**.

ClearFeed starts indexing the selected Document360 articles. The source initially appears with an **Initiated** or **In Progress** status.

To change the version or category scope later, edit the knowledge source. Changing the version clears categories selected from the previous version.
